I know firsthand what it feels like to be overwhelmed and overworked as a small business owner. Before I turned 30, I started two storefront businesses, juggling the endless chaos of bookkeeping, compliance, marketing, and day-to-day operations—all while trying to actually run the business. It was stressful, exhausting, and full of hard-earned lessons.

That experience drove me to want to help other small business owners avoid the same struggles.

Since 2008, I’ve helped businesses clean up financials, navigate multi-state compliance, and secure nearly a quarter-million dollars in funding to keep a client’s business afloat. I’ve worked with nonprofits, communication firms, real estate agencies, B&Bs, and service-based businesses, learning what questions to ask and where to find the right answers—so my clients don’t have to figure it out alone.

I thrive on solving the challenges that keep business owners up at night, whether it’s unraveling years of disorganized books, streamlining compliance, or creating workflows that make things run smoothly. My mission is simple: turn chaos into order, so entrepreneurs can focus on what they love.

When I’m not working behind the scenes for small businesses, you can find me hiking, traveling, volunteering, or spending time with my three kids (two humans and one very spoiled dog).

Hi, I’m Ben – a details-obsessed numbers guy with a knack for keeping businesses financially organized and stress-free. After spending years managing procurement and operations for a variety of small businesses in both retail and manufacturing, I know firsthand how important it is to have a solid financial foundation.

With a degree in Business Administration and a focus in Risk Management, I have a background in budgeting, cash flow management, and data analysis. I know how to make numbers work in your favor. Whether it’s reconciling accounts, tracking expenses, or optimizing financial processes, I take a no-nonsense, efficient approach – because your time is valuable, and your money should be working for you.

When I’m not crunching numbers, you can find me running, hiking, mountain biking, or even perfecting a batch of homemade pickles (yes, really.)
